Albuquerque's newest mega-mall, Cottonwood is home to more than 135 specialty stores. Anchored by Dillard's, Foley's, Sears, JCPenney, and Mervyn's, Cottonwood also offers a huge United Artists movie theatre complex. Cottonwood's bright, open two-level plan, and its stunning architecture offer an ongoing feast for the eyes as well as everything a shopper could desire. Looking up from the food court, the eye is drawn to a "Ceiling-scape" of Albuquerque in miniature, complete with downtown buildings, and featuring soaring hot air balloons and hang-gliders.
